For the production of this tequila, 100% Blue Weber agaves are used, aged between 7 and 9 years, coming from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, while most other manufacturers steam them for 7 hours. The unique flavor is the result of an 80-hour fermentation process, compared to the average 48 hours. The Master Distiller uses a special yeast blend that produces a consistent and refined flavor.
