This extra-dry sparkling wine is produced with Glera and Garganega grapes. The vines are the same as prosecco, the difference lies in the fact that since it is not produced in the DOC area it cannot have the denomination, but the quality does not change. The vinification method is identical to the proseccos and the result is the same. It is a straw yellow colored sparkling wine with slight greenish reflections, it has a fresh, fragrant and slightly acidic taste. Excellent as an aperitif.
