Dom Pérignon - Champagne AOC Vintage 2015 (Coffret)

After a rather mild winter, the 2015 wine year was marked by contrasts. Spring began with a glacial period, followed abruptly by a prolonged heat wave from mid-May to mid-August, accompanied by an exceptionally sunny and dry period. This led to water stress and different ripening rates in different areas. August 2015 was the hottest August since 1961. Fortunately, the second half of August brought an end to the drought with the arrival of rain, which restarted the ripening.
